OUR STORY

Original deep forest jewelry collection is exclusively made in the forest in British Columbia, Canada, by its founder Himali + Seiji Kuwabara who love and care for the environment. For their wooden jewelry, they only use left over materials from making furniture, In Element Designs , their furniture design studio.

Their focus always has been creating something minimal, unique, timeless design for both sophisticated men and women. Not only they are responsible for their work in design and workmanship, with the climate change happening today, they strongly feel that their creation need to be sustainable. That in mind, they do not mass-produce, each item is handmade, one-of-a-kind piece. In addition, each finish is done by hand, using only natural oil.

GIVING BACK

They strongly believe that the importance of giving back to the earth, therefore, they started the exciting project, “TREE PROJECT” this year. For every piece is sold, they will plant a tree partnered with TREECANADA. This way, they can contribute restoring forests and wildlife habitat, creating a positive impact on the earth. As being parents themselves, they are very excited and proud to be part of this project for future generations to come.
