What is the shipping cost?

When you check out the shipping cost will automatically be added to the total price. The shipping cost is depending on the weight and locations for North America. For the other international destinations, please contact us so that we can give you the cost.   Unfortunately we have no control over the package once it’s shipped. Please note we are not responsible for any problems occurred during shipping once it's shipped.  

 

How long does it take?

If item is in stock we normally ship via FEDEX or Canada Post within 3 days after confirmation of the order.  If we do not receive the payment within 3 days we will cancel the order. If not in stock, it will be made to order so please allow 10 business days. For the shipping, it normally takes 5-10 business days within North America.  For other destinations, please contact us for more information.  Please advise us if it is a rush order.

 

What form of payment do you accept?

We accept VISA, Master Card, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay and PayPal.  All in CAD.

 

How about duties and taxes?

Please note the customers are responsible for import fees, duties, taxes or VAT.     

 

What is the refund policy?

Returns are accepted for any reason within 7 days if it is kept as original accompanied by a sales receipt.  Some exclusions may apply.   Delivery charges must be paid by a customer.  Please keep the packaging as original.  Once we have checked the condition, we will then arrange the exchange or refund within 30 days.  We cannot accept any claims made after 7 days.
